Investigating - We have experienced reduced but still occasional service disruptions this morning at 3:54AM Pacific and have discovered they are due to a customer's inadvertent repeated calls to an extremely expensive web service call. Our web service API call throttling was not sufficient to minimize the impact of this one call. We are now taking steps to prevent any further disruptions and will advise accordingly.

Resolved - At 3AM Pacific today, November 7th, the Nalpeiron UI experienced intermittent errors over a period of approximately 45 minutes. Core licensing and web services were not impacted. We continue to investigate these issues in conjunction with our infrastructure provider and will post a full review once information is available.

Resolved - A brief outage of the Nalpeiron Zentitle Dashboard occurred today, November 6th, at 7:16AM Pacific lasting approximately 25 minutes. The core licensing service was impacted for a significantly shorter period.

All services have now been restored to full operational status.

The specific cause of the outage is being further investigated with our infrastructure provider and we will post further information when available on the root cause and what we are doing to ensure this type of disruption does not reoccur.
