Scheduled - IMPORTANT - SERVICE ADVISORY

An update to the Zentitle service is scheduled for Saturday, 28 March 2020 - Sunday, 29 March 2020 . The maintenance window will be from 23:00-07:00 Central Daylight Time. This required maintenance has been imposed upon us by a forced urgent data center migration being carried out by our hosting provider. We anticipate up to 8 hours downtime while this work is being carried out. Our old legacy V7 platform will also not be accepting new activations or license management via its UI for some of this time. We apologize for the relatively short-notice and will endeavor to minimize any such disruption and appreciate your understanding while this necessary work is completed. We have ensured that this type of disruption is an isolated incident.

Note that extending your license check intervals over this period may help to minimize end-customer impact.
